Shipping & Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). However, some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

While we strive to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will promptly notify you of any delays.

Note: Customised jewellery requires 12 to 15 business days for production as it is 100% handcrafted with the finest finish.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.

Delivery Locations

Orders will only be delivered to the consignee/recipient’s residential or work address. Deliveries cannot be made to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or streets.

If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the courier company will make three delivery attempts.

Changing the Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed by the customer. If an update is required, please email us at Mercnus0555@gmail.com with your order details.

Delivery Guarantee

Successful delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of our courier partners. Any discrepancies in the recipient's details may result in non-delivery of the product.
